One desk

You drive. We run the rest.

Dispatch, DOT compliance, IFTA and audit filing, MVR reports and factoring setup — one team behind your authority.

Truck
Dispatching

Load sourcing across the boards and direct broker relationships, rate negotiation, booking, route and reset planning, check calls handled for you.

01

Compliance
Support

FMCSA and DOT obligations kept current: driver qualification files, hours-of-service review, CSA monitoring and new-entrant audit preparation.

02

IFTA &
Audit Filing

Quarterly IFTA prepared and filed from your fuel and mileage records, plus 2290, UCR and state permits, with the backup organised if an audit lands.

03

MVR &
Driver Records

MVR pulls, PSP and CDLIS checks, annual reviews and ongoing monitoring, filed into a driver qualification file that stands up to inspection.

04

Factoring
Setup

Matched to a factor that fits your volume and margin, paperwork completed, invoices submitted clean so funding does not stall on a missing document.

05

Authority &
Onboarding

MC and DOT authority, BOC-3, UCR registration, carrier packets and broker setup, so you are active on the board instead of waiting on a form.

06

Billing &
Paperwork

Rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs chased and filed, invoices raised the day you deliver, detention and layover claims pursued on your behalf.

07

Drug &
Alcohol Program

Consortium enrolment, random selection managed to the required rates, testing coordinated, Clearinghouse queries kept current.

Reliability at every milestone

Every load is planned against your lanes, your rate floor and your hours — then tracked until the paperwork closes itself.

A call, not a form

Fifteen minutes on your equipment, lanes, home time and what you are being paid now. If we cannot improve on it, we say so.

Send the packet once

Authority, insurance certificate, W-9 and a voided cheque. We build the carrier packet and set you up with brokers and the factor.

We take the board

Your dispatcher books against your rate floor, sends the rate confirmation, and keeps brokers off your phone.

Paperwork closes itself

Documents in, invoice out, filings tracked by quarter. You see it in one weekly summary instead of a shoebox.

F.A.Q

Straightforward answers, so you can move forward with confidence.

For dispatch, yes — you run under your own MC and DOT numbers and your own insurance. If you do not have authority yet, we set it up for you first, including BOC-3 and UCR.

No. We act as your agent, not a middleman on the load. The rate confirmation is between you and the broker or shipper, and you are paid directly or through your factor.

No long-term commitment. The agreement runs week to week and you can stop with notice. We would rather keep you on results than on paperwork.

Yes. Compliance support, IFTA and audit filing, MVR monitoring, the drug and alcohol program and factoring setup are all available on their own.

If your authority is active and your insurance is in order, usually the next business day. New authority takes longer because the registration and BOC-3 have to clear first.

We pull the file together, walk you through what the auditor is asking for, and supply the filings and driver records. Keeping that file current is the whole point of the service.
